bad attitude!

yesterday i travelled from lansdowne with my kids and a friend to pick up an item i purchased at builders warehouse. upon our return we stopped at burger king in sandown to grab something to eat. none of the staff were friendly. one of the ladies was cleaning the floor., and had no sense of urgency... not even an apology, and became irate when i had to place our order and attempted to walk over the wet floor she was cleaning.... their was no other place to walk. My friend then asked whether she can please get another baby chair as we had 2toddlers with us.. her response: "we only have one" as she rolled her eyes. i work in a client service environment and undestand what execellent client service means... but yesterday was not excellent service. .. bad attitude is what i received. I often go to burger king, but having that experience spoilt our road trip we had with the kids.. I will definatley not recommend anyone to go to that Burger King! # unhappy customer
