Bad and horrible service from Burger King

I have experienced the worst service from Burger King Park Station and the customer care service. I bought a Burger purposely to enter the PS5 competition but was given a slip which wasn't visible enough and I was then sent from pillar to post by the manager at the store and the lady at their customer care. This is really awful service and it has given me questions on is this the way they treat their customers or was I the unfortunate one. I entered this competition with a aim of trying my luck and maybe win the PS5 for my boy's as a X-mas gift but now they don't even respond to my mails anymore. I wonder is it because where my Burger King store is located that makes them not take my matter seriously or what?
