Avoid!

The food is OK but... The whole place and everything in it is filthy. The service is extremely S-L-O-W. The staff struggle with entering the order correctly and won't read it back to you to confirm, even when you ask them to. Strange, that. You get what you get and then have to wait for any ensuing f-ups to be corrected in the same trademark S-L-O-W and untinterested manner, only this time this happens only after they've managed to locate the manager. The staff behind the counter are unkempt, dirty, uninterested, rude and VERY loud. It takes several polite "Excuse mes?" to even get them to look into your general direction and acknowledge you, even though you are standing right in front of them, right by the till. Oh, and don't expect any "Hellos" and "Thank yous" - it's not that kind of place. There is no extra salt or pepper at all, no matter how much you beg them for it. Incidentally, the pepper in those little disposable sachets has been missing in action at this place for years now - now there's no salt, either. And that's understandable, considering that these things are super expensive and some ************ customers have been known to just grab them by the handful everywhere else and obliterating that business's bottom line in the process. Ditto for a stack of serviettes on the counter. The only problem is, you need both salt and pepper to actually eat their burgers and especially chips, which are bland otherwise. The "Drink as much as you want" coldrink dispenser mostly does not work and what does come out of it is ****-warm. There's usually no ice in the ice dispenser to counteract this phenomenon. The tabletops are all loose all over the place, tilting and shaking when you put your stuff down or when random people (including staff) bump into them, with your coldrink and your awful coffee made with spoiled milk and exclusively Canderell, since this place does not believe in sugar, spilling all over the place in the process. Don't expect any apologies for your ruined coffee or for all the pain and suffering that goes into outing it as such, by the way, they'll just bring you a black one, sans milk at all, because apparently that's the only carton of milk they've ever had and no one else is complaining and the nearest Checkers is 100m away, so, black coffee only for you, then, if you are too fussy to drink one made with spoiled milk. Overall, there are just too many faults with this place to mention here. I'll end with a funny: In the men's bathroom there's a large notice covering half the mirror, which sarcastically tells you to refrain from wasting water and threatening to report you to the authorities, if you do. Right below that notice, there's a circa 1970s tap that does not open properly or close completely. This faulty tap has been there exactly like that since at least a few years ago, and so has the notice above it. The toilet does not flush and has done no such thing since before I can remember. How is this A GLOBAL FRANCHISE?!! To add insult to injury, there's a nice, clean McDonald's with cheerful, competent, warm and friendly staff right next to this dump. Why anyone would choose this place over the other is beyond me. I just go there occasionally mostly to see if the tap and the notice are still there. They always are...
