Good day,

I went to your branch in norwoord as I have been going there for years.

On the 27th of October 2025 at 20h05 i went to the drive through and i want a double chesse burger large chips and large drink.

The gentleman that answed the speaker had to ask me 6 times as what i wanted to eat , he then asked me to drive to the window which i did to discover he was walking around not doing his job. There were 6 our cars behind me.

That is atrocious from burger king.

Not only that every time i go there you have to wait 30 minutes for your food thats definitely not on at a fast food place.
