Ashley manager does not care about fair customer service
I was so disheartened by how the Manager in Cape Town Long Street treated myself and two young school boys, while we were waiting to order he stopped the nice cashier from providing us a service to help another client who just walked in, I asked him about his actions and to remedy the situation he attempted to put me in front of the line not considering the two students, how is that resolving an issue?
I understand there were a lot of kids to take orders for but they are also important, I was also panicked on my lunch break, but the disrespect was not necessary from your management Ashly.
What he suggested would not have been a solution just making things worse by disrespecting those two boys. I am not sure if he believed the man who walked in first before her served us waiting in the line was due to us being black and the man being white.
I asked the boys did he ask permission, they said not, he just held his hand over their face and asked the cashier to start the transaction for the white guy, I can not believe one person's race is more important than 3 black people, it really discusting to watch him do that to us.
