Arrogant and rude staff

I had the the most terrible experience, the staff is soo horrible and disrespectful.

Firstly I waited to be attended for like 10 minutes, I even greeted just to make them aware that we wanted to order, but the just looked at us as if we weren't there. I asked about the 2 whooper special and the cashier reacted as if we were stupid or didn't know what we were talking about.

When I finished my drink, I went to refill, There was nobody by the drink station, I poured half my cup she came and told me that i should have waited for her to come back, I apologized and told her I didn't know, but she responded soo rudely with such arrogance.

And they were not only rude to me, I watched them mistreating about 3 more customers there.
