Appalling from Burger King Clearwater Mall

My wife placed an order purchasing several items from Burger King Clearwater via the Mr Delivery app. One of these items was a 12 piece chicken nugget meal. We received the order only to find that the 12 piece chicken nuggets were not included in the delivery, instead a supposed "cheese burger" was included. When unwrapping the "cheese burger" we found no patty or cheese on the bun. The bun instead only had lettuce and crispy onion on it. I spoke to a lady at Burger King who stated the person packing the order, packed everything that had been ordered and suggested that the Mr Delivery driver may not have given it to me. I ensured that everything was given. The driver's storage box was empty when the parcel was given to me. The packaging was closed and the sticker on the bag was not loose or tampered with. I was then told by the lady at Burger King that I should have the chicken nuggets refunded on the app. After stating that I am going to leave a review on Google, Hellopeter and social media, was an offer made for me to drive to the restaurant to collect the 12 chicken nuggets.
