Appalling customer service at Burger King Kylami corner

Got the most appalling service from a place I don't go a week without buying from .. so I use your app to order food .. the app says its R50 I give the cashier R100 she gives me back R49 I ask how cos I buy this meal on a regular.. her entire attitude changed as soon as I wanted my money... I'm not even sure if u guys are aware of this or it's just a technical glitch ... I demanded to see the manager and to my shock she's actually a manager..

She then returned and gave me my 1 Rand with an attitude... I asked for extra sauce and she refused.. I buy there almost every day and no one has ever refused me sauce... I dunno if it was my skin color... Please reach ur staff proer customer service.. and I will never ever buy from that place again ..

A few months ago I bought food in the morning the relish was totally off even the bun wasn't fresh .. I never wanted to day anything but now I cannot keep quiet wen I'm a paying customer and I'm being treated like this... That girl's name is Lerato
