Apathetic and ignoring customers Hatfield and The Grove mall braches

Same story at 2 different outlets. Firtly Hatfield.Staff unhelpfull and apathetic. left without ordering food and went an got a pie at PnP. Yesterday at the Grove Branch.. Stood at the counter for 10 plus minutes and was totally ignored,.left got a pir at PnP.. I really can't support the good food if you don't want to sell it to me.... 2 different outlets exactly the same attitude...
