Angry Parent: No safety in place

<p>I went to burger king this evening in Clear Water Mall. While getting ready to leave I was in the process of putting my baby into his pram while my daughter was going to get into the trolley. At this point we were standing right under the roller doors which should have been secured. Another child had touched the chains of the roller doors and the steel door came slamming down, I had to push my baby out of the way and turn to try and stop the door from slamming my daughter. She was hit on the head and hit on her back. We ended up fighting with some of the staff as to why the chains are not secured in the first place. upon investigation none of the chains were secured. I am extremely unhappy about the fact that this had occurred. I cannot blame a little boy for burger king lack of safety. my husband has injured his hand trying to hold the door up to prevent it from slamming my daughter. my daughter is complaining about her back now. if this door slammed my baby what then! WHAT IS BURGER KING GOING TO DO, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! ANGRY AND VERY ANNOYED! </p>
