Altogether unhappy with service

I recently went to Burger King in Potchefstroom for take out, going through the drive-through, expecting quick and friendly service as well as quality food. My experience was anything but good. Upon reaching my payment point I had to wait for the manager to finish his personal conversation with the cashier. On reaching the collection window, there was no attendant awaiting us at all. No greeting. After waiting for a good while with no recognition from the staff, I hooted to get someone's attention. A staff member then told me that they were busy with our order and he would be with us shortly. Eventually we got our order and returned home. When we proceeded to unwrap our order, we noticed that even though we HAD PAID for two Double Whoppers with cheese and been assured by the staff member at the collection point that that was what was packed, we had received ONE Double Whopper and one normal Whopper, with cheese. When we checked for the telephone number online to phone the branch and correct this error, the contact numbers were either faulty, or connected us to a call centre with no answer. I am altogether very unhappy with this experience and would not recommend Burger King Potchefstroom to ANYONE.
