Advertised prices not selling price

<p> </p> <p>Good Afternoon.</p> <p> </p> <p>I visited the burger king in menlyn shopping centre, after placing my order i noticed that the prices quoted to me on my payment slip and the advertised prices were not the same.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then asked to speak with the manager, a lady by the name of Zandile, she told me, the prices on the board are not correct and the price on my slip is the price I must pay, I said but you can’t advertise something at a certain price and when the customer wants that price you tell me no its a IT issue and the boards was being fixed at HQ.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then again demanded the advertised price and she became agitated and told me I could either pay the price as per the slip or she can cancel my order and I could leave.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please explain to me why your staff aren’t willing to sell items as per your advertised price?</p> <p> </p> <p>Attached please find photographic proof (adverti*****t board and till slip)</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
