We've ordered taxas BBQ, 2 loaded fries, a long chilli cheese burger. We did not receive the long chili cheese. We then called in, rudely so, a lady placed us on hold to look for a footage and,she disappeared instantly. We waited on a call for 30 minutes. What sort of customer service is this, when we ask what is a way forward and they say we are lying?
