10/10 would not visit again

We ordered from the Cape Gate branch and did not have a good experience. First of all, we were not greeted at one of the two windows. Secondly, we ordered 3 burgers and 2 large chips, paid and when we came to the pickup window and got our order, I went through the bag only to see that they forgot to gave us the chips and we asked for it. The woman at the window then told us that the lady taking our order never rang it up. Thirdly, when we got home to eat, the burger buns were stale and the patties were cold. Mind you, we only live about 3 minutes from the burger king. This is not the first incident where we got ****py service and ****py food.
