Burger King Maponya Mall *** service

I placed my order and proceeded to pay, order money was deducted twice n they refused to give me my order since their card machine was faulty. I showed proof that money was deducted from my account. Showed sms and on my bank app. Call center lady said she can't get hold of store manager and said she is knocking of at 2h00 but the call was at 13h45. The store staff and manager said I must come back with bank statement even though I showed them the statement on my bank app plus sms showing money going out. Am so frustrated and also the lack of not giving any care, how I was dismissed because no one wants to deal with a customer with sn issue which was not caused by me. I want my money back with those bank charges too
