Terrible

I had a case that I referred to this company I was consulted with Natasha it was the most frustrating thing ever.She could only provide desktop info that I could have researched myself as if that was not bad enough she was not interested in fighting for what I needed but continued to give me prejudicial advise that make her job easy .Now let’s move to the icing how unprofessional after that consultation which was 7 months ago my case was never worked on .Now that is horrible what makes me post this is they sent me a statement.Im inclined to believe they need to refund me for that consultation
