Steet business! What a disgrace!

My chicken was raw on the inside. I send a full plate of food back and no apology was made and I was charged full price for raw food and full plate of food that was hardly touched. The owner did not even bother to apologize and was laughing along with his staff as if its joke. Your discusting restaurant is joke!
