Dissatisfied with food and management

On Sunday, 12 Dec 2021, at 17:00 I placed an order for delivery for the Burger Box Roadhouse in Pretoria, WF Nkomo street. It consisted out of the following: 3 buffet plates (2 with ox tail & 1 beef stew). The following day everyone that ate from the ox tail plates had bad gastro! We inspected the food and noticed a sour smell. I contacted the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager. He did not offer any solutions and accused me of letting the food go sour... I am deeply disappointed.
