CUSTOMER SERVICE DISAPPOINTMENT

Im VERY ANNOYED and FRUSTRATED with the service i received at KRUGERSDORP branch, i was there for 2hours waiting for my order, i had ordered 3 boxes of wings n chips only to get told 20min later that they can only supply 1 box so i ordered full chicken only to also get a response round about the same time to tell me they didnt have full chicken because they gave my order to somebody else, so i ordered 2 large pizzas only to wait until they closed time estimation was 2hours, my wings were cold, my pizza was poorly made and i paid R319-40 for such nonsense, i understand that under regulations it does get a bit hectic for everyone but atleast communicate with customers for aby delays
