Burgers not very tasty

My wife and I drrove from vanderbijl to burger box in vereeniing to get some burgers. We ordered 2 chegg burgers and also asked for the eggs to be soft. Once we got home we started eating then we realized. There was no sauce on. eggs were hard and the meat patties were both raw.
