Burger box lost their way

People do not ever complain about Burger Box Roadhouse Krugersdorp serving poor quality food they will just blatantly tell you that if you did not bring the food back immediately it is not their problem. We bought pizzas and chips, pizza slices were terrible and the toppings........ Oh wait there hardly was any and the chips or should I say the dirty oil drenched and cold chips were extremely disappointing. I grew up with Burger box and the last few times I have been there the quality just seems to get worse. It seems Burger Box lost their way. Customer service has gone out the door and the fond memories we had of our friendly neighbourhood Roadhouse are filled with disgust. Disappointed does not even come close to how I feel.......
