Burger box Benoni pathetic

Took my family for Sunday lunch today we waited 40 minutes for our food to arrive. The 2 sunday lunches were cold and my dad had to send his cheese and tomatoe sandwich back as it was mouldy and cold aswell. 2 weeks back my sister also complained about their service and horrible food but we decided to try once more. The waiter didnt even apologize and was not helpful at all. No manager to even try reassure us. Will not eat there again. Word of mouth goes a long way!!!
