Bad service

Phoned and placed order for collection at 18:00. Arrived at 18:00 no food. Phoned the landlines to confirm, lady dropped call while I was taking. Telling me I must be patient the food is coming after I asked for collection at 18:00, she confirmed it will be ready. . Waited another 40 minutes get cold food. Olympic gold medal for poor service. Won't be coming back
