Wrong order, long waiting time

Two separate incidents:<br> <br> The first time we tried Burger Bistro they got our order wrong (beef in stead of chicken patties).<br> <br> Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we tried them a second time recently. Although they got the order right this time, we waited in excess of 35-40 minutes for two take-away burgers to be made. The place was virtually empty as well. The usual excuse of \oh sorry you had to wait so long
