Ice cold food

The food was deliver ice cold and when i called to complain, i was spoken to by a rude manager that made it my fault that it is cold. I watched as the uber eats delivery man waited for 30 mins at the restuarant waiting for the food and upon arrival said that he had fought with the manager to get the food. It took the delivery man 7 minutes to get to my house, it could not be ice cold after that
