Horrific service

My brother passed away 9 years ago. These people were appointed to 'manage' the estate on behalf of his underaged daughter... to this day the estate has not been settled. I found this out while trying to sell th house that I owned with my brother, a 3rd of which his daughter would inherit. They never even saw to it that this part of the ownership was transferred into her name. To make this worse they are now delaying the sale of this property, because they don't have the correct documentation ready. They cannot be bothered to contact us with updates and neither do they care to even make the effort to see the people contact the people who need to sign one document. Reminders have been sent to no avail. This led me to resort to hello Peter in the hope that they would want to at least protect their image in the hope for future business, although I would not recommend to anyone to ever make use of them. I also hope that my path will never cross theirs again after the finalisation of this transaction
