Burda pattern is faulty (6607)

My mom bought material for three pairs of trousers and used this pattern to cut out the material for maternity trousers for me. We cut a size larger than I normally wear to be safe. What a disaster! Pants were too small. The pattern by the thighs tapers in instead of out. We have now wasted so much money on material. DONT use pattern! It wasted our money
