Worst Service Ever

I was assured I would recieve delivery within a week. 2 weeks later I had to contact them to push for delivery. The first diary was delivered but had to wait another 2 days for the second. The consultant Damien was very apologetic and professional at this point but the fact that I had to go to a Christmas party without a gift due to late delivery remains the same. To make matters worse the one diary has a typo on it. This typo was definitely not present in the preview design I created. I emailed Damien and recieved no reply. I also emailed the manager Ryan eager to resolve the problem and also zero reply. Poor Service and Poor Quality. Products look super cute but they are not worth the mission.
