Editing app is difficult to use and organise and they have no customer service

Although their printing quality is decent their online editing app is difficult to use. As a graphic designer and photographer there is no order to organising the albums if you are wanting to produce more than one photo book.

They were also unwilling to do a batch sipping for me as it is "too confusing" and I had to pay three times for shipping to the same location at the same time.
