Disappointed again

I tried to use burble pic again as they really have decent products but again am disappointed.

Their customer service is non existent and I waited nearly two full months for my books to be printed without any indication of when it might be printed or delivered. Every time I phone I was passed around to different people.

My books have always taken longer than the promised turn around time.
