NO SERVICE AND BAD PRODUCT

I placed an order of nearly R4 000,00 for dish cloths. I have been trying since May 2024 to get them to send me the correct invoice as they replaced some items which was out of stock. Also, 90 cloths of the order are unusable as it has flaws. I don’t know what to do as they are just ingnoring me.
