Bunny-B Naturals, a disappointment

Very poor customer service. My issue hasn't been resolved to this day, on the contrary, they're ignoring. After they assumed on my contact details and gave their courier an incorrect number, the courier couldn't get hold of me to deliver my products. This went on for full two months and when I finally received the products they were spilled and spoiled. Lodged a complaint with bunny-b, all they had to say was this was, "this was expected due to the 2 months of back and forth...no spillage was reported between 1-5 days of delivery". Who's fault was it that the delivery time took long? Who failed to confirm customer contact details? This is utter disappointment!
