Complaint

I bought a Montisi bunkbed on the 14th of May. I then spoke to George the owner and he sent me an email to confirm my address and my alternative cell numbers. After that I never heard from him. When I call him, he ignores my calls, i sent him emails, he doesnt respond. One day I used a different number and he answered. He apologised blaming load shedding that led to delays. He assured me that he delivery would be made a the following week. It's been 3 weeks since that call and he is still no answering my calls
