Bunkbedsa - stay away from these *******

My mom decided she wanted to purchase bunk beds for our twins, searched online and found bunkbedsa,wonderful specials, she ordered bunk beds with matresses and also paid courier to cape town on the 29th of september in full. She was advised 3-4 days and then beds would be deliveres. Numerous phone calls,whatsapps and emails later we are still waiting for the beds to be sent. George initially had excuses of loadshedding problems and now he is not replying to emails or whatsapp msgs. There is a mysterious Neville also involved but no contact number for him. Not sure if he really exists either. My mom is 65 yrs old and only wanted to buy her grand kids beds,however now it seems that they have taken off with her hard earned money. Ridiculous service. These ppl should be ashamed to ***** money from a old lady. Someome needs to stop them from doing this to someone else and they should refuns her in full as they obviously cant deliver what they sold.
