Unacceptable undisclosed additional fees, dirty towels and limited services.

Myself and my GF had spent some time at Bunker place, for more than a month. The owner & host (Patrick) was friendly and kind during our initial stay; however this quickly changed.

Patrick slapped additional fees of nearly a thousand rand on the day we left to our account without discussing this with anyone. The WIFI supposedly standard to the stay was not functioning properly, the gas for the hot water system would regularly run out during a shower(in winter i might add) and he quickly became rude and demanding.

Patrick went into the room without permission and on numerous occasions. On one occasion he proceeded to go through our personal belongings. He wanted to install a mirror to the unit without consent or discussion and had our belongings moved from our room without our permission to another room; and after complaining our stuff was moved back. A week later, the two meter long mirror fell onto our bed and could have seriously injured myself or my lady had we been in bed. He shrugged this off and didn't even have the decency to apologize.

Three of our personal towels were ****** from us and were never retrieved. He then offered us his towel which were dirty and already used.

I have never had such an unpleasant stay at any place in my life until my time at bunker place. Patrick was accused of having **********s come at all time in and out of his premises by his neighbor and asked that we go to the police station and give a statement that this was not the case.

In conclusion, i would like to inform anyone who would consider staying at Bunker place to seriously reconsider as the stay was anything but pleasant as was the very ***** Patrick.
