What a disappointment...

How I sincerely wish i read these reviews on hellopeter because precisely what people are describing is precisely what has happened to me. Apparently this man has a habit of claiming to be in hospital excuse to avoid people. We ordered a bunkbed from George and he was very friendly and helpful (back in April), somehow parts were missing during delivery and we contacted him about that. He promised he would send them over right away and this was a month ago! He seemed to have blocked my husband and I because when i hide my caller ID - my phone goes through and he picks! What a CON! Not to mention the design was not what we chose from the picture nor does the third bed (that goes below the bunkbed fit ANY mattress so that lower part is basically rendered useless). It's a shame because if we liked this bunkbed we were planning on buying another but he has clearly lost another customer and I see him losing many many more with his lack of honesty and respect for customers.
