Poor quality beds that dont last and poor response from company

We bought beds and had them shipped to Cape Town. Bunk bed started beciming u stable. Contacted bunkbedsa. They said there was a missing support. By this time bed became unusable and damaged. Separated the bunk beds to make them single beds because of it. Then after repeated mails, never heard back from them. One of the beds subsequently broke. Will never buy here again.
