Paid for something I did not receive

Bunkbedsa it's online. Last year I bought bunkbeds which amounted R6000. You pay first before they deliver however I received incorrect headboard. Called to tell the owner George regarding it, he gave me a choice of refund or exchange I chose refund since headboard are already assembled. Even today this man he has not paid back my money of those headboard I paid. I sent him pictures of what I received, when I call he does not answer. I sent thousands of emails however no response from him. I was disappointed I must say, his service is very bad, he never calls back to update on the order placed. As a client you will he the one making all the follow up calls until you receive what you had purchased. I am still waiting for my money.
