Extremely Bad service and ********* business dealings

I placed an order with BunkBedSA , contact person George for a day bed with some further customisation request agreed upon upfront. Paid before production and there was a two months delay excuses ranging from Eskom load shedding to sick relatives in Cape Town and in between disappearances without any communication. I started pushing for a refund andGeorge delivered a bed which is unusuable, after a number of attempts to get hold of him, he promised to come through and do the necessary fixes and after failed attempts he claimed he was in hospitals for weeks and that he will refund me...three months later no show or sign of refund...when i call or text him he claims that he is not George and that he will give George a message. I am working on a case now with the Small Claims Court
