Dissapointed customer (Smangele Buthelezi )

I would like to express my deepest disappointment with BunkbedSa (George). The services rendered by George have not been satisfactory. I ordered a Montisi Combo in Decemeber 2020 which was supposed to be delivered in the first week of January 2021. It was then delivered late in the second week with the wrong colour and damaged parts. I had a conversation with George about it and promised to replace the damaged parts. For the past two weeks he has not been answering any of my calls nor emails and I am sitting with a broken bed that I cannot use while it is fully paid up. It is so frustrating to see my kids sleeping on the floor because I actually bought the bed for them and I had to dispose the old bed due to space. I have no choice but to demand full refund.
