Bad service from bunkbedsa

We bought 2 beds from George from Bunkbedsa, he assured us that it would be easy to assemble. We received the beds and kids were excited so we set about assembling the beds. But this turned out to be no easy exercise as the dowel holes did not line up. After much frustration we gave up and asked George to arrange his fitter to assemble the beds. George made the arrangements and gave me the assemblers details. But he did not pitch up for his appointment or answer his phone. After days of waiting and George not taking calls, we tried again and managed to get the bulk of the assemble done. After it was done George contacted me saying that he is trying to get someone else to assemble beds. Told him that we were done. Just needed assistance with 2 issues that I messaged him. To date he has not rep****. We were really disappointed with the service and product we received from George and his team, would definitely not recommend using him.
