Long walk down to the bridge ,finally get there although they state clearly we need to excercise patients. We had to sit in the sun and wait to be attended while they help people that arrived after us. Then managed to fill in the forms 30 mins later and the assistant didnt know how the voucher system worked. Having a conversation with the assistant was difficult and were avoided by other staff ( felt like an racial issue) . Couldnt take it anymore,had our long walk back to the office to complain,left straight afterwards without doing the jump. Hours later the manger phoned just to tell me that we were inpatient and doesnt see that the staff was unfair/unreasonable. To jump down there with the idea that staff treats you this nice,makes you wonder if they deliver quality like they are supposed to. Makes me feel unsafe.
