Rental Deposit

Mr Jabu Radebe is the Lessor of unit 423 at Summerset Place, in Sagewood Midrand is trying to cheat us out of the deposit that we paid when we moved in. When we moved out he said he would call us to schedule an inspection of the apartment which he never did. Now he is telling us that he had to paint the apartment, and hire people to clean the oven and apartment before the new tenant moved in. I asked for the receipts for these services and he was not able to provide them to us.
