Bungane Carpenters - Cant finished job

Bungane was suppose to do bedroom cupboards and bookcase for me. He gave us his word that it would be done in two weeks. This is in May, almost 8 weeks later nothing is complete. I have cupboards without doors. We have been reasonable understanding that maybe because it is a one man concern it would take longer but he does not take calls, says he will come and just don't turn up. My being understanding and kind has been mistaken for weakness. I just want to warn people out there that websites are deceiving and sadly someone like this give the building trade a bad name. I just don't want anyone to go through what we have been. Thank You
