Terrible service experience!

Horrible experience. We brought our generator in for repair and they could not fix it because they didn’t have parts. Ok no problem. But when I collected the unit it was filthy and the pull chain was not longer retracting, which was not an issue when we brought it in. So I will never buy another Bundu Power product. Terrible service!
