Shockingly bad sales service from Bundu Power

I tried for months to have a quote, and get my solar geyser installed. All along, I had to beg them to answer my emails and correspondence. Finally, I received a final quote. It was for R26 000. I asked if I could possibly negotiate it down to R23 000. I was informed they would ask their installers. Crickets! I contacted them again to ask them what they had decided: ''Oh, did our installer not call you? I told him to. I'll get hold of him.'' Again, nothing. Emails and requests for info ignored. Finally, sick of begging them to take my custom, I wrote a letter outlining my frustration with their service, and saying I would no longer be asking them to install. I did not even receive the courtesy of a reply. Nothing. I have since been informed that Bundu Power, like many solar installers, is not interested in ''smaller'' domestic jobs, and therefore, they don't bother. That would seem to be the case.
