POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE
I had ordered (waited for 5 month)and fetched a three phase 20 KVA generator from Cape Town to the Winelands. My electrician said he can't install because the switch over box is a single phase. Some phone calls later an apology for the wrong item and it turned out the generator was also the wrong one. Next we did receive the new 3 phase generator and the switch over box. since the distance to the Eskom box is 20 Meters away we needed a longer connection cable than the one supp**** with the box. <br> For an entire week I was promised the cable to be couriered to us. I had to send away the technician three times because the cable did not arrive. Many sms, emails calls and I still dont have the cable. <br> Very disappointed by the after sale service. Not recommendable
