Growatt Inverter and Bundu Generator Incompatible

Bought a generator and then added a 2 x Growatt Solar system to my house, all purchased from Bundu power. Big mistake as there solar does not seem to be compatible with there generators. Don't try and get it sorted out either as you will not find anybody to assist, its like its not there problem. The generator worked fine on my Kodak Inverter. Really not happy that they sell both products that are not compatible with each other
