Frustrating Service from Bundu Power - Jet Park

I bought a 10kva on 28 November 2022 & it was delivered on 30 November 2022 and upon delivery it had a factory default of an auto switch component and they acknowledged & promised me to send their technician to replace it in January 2023 , till yesterday no one has said anything even though I went to their offices in Jet park on 06 January 2023 spoke to one of the managers “Colin”. Today (19 January 2023) I get a text via Kobus saying I must bring the Generator to Jet Park 🤬 on who’s costs and what about the Clinic using this generator as it’s running manually currently 🤷🏾♂️
