Bundu Power useless

Since the 27th of April 2022 am I struggling with an Generator installed by Bundu Power. I received possible solutions. None of the solutions help. I phoned Bundu Power again with a solution that is not working. On the Bundu Power website they stated that there is a agent in Cape Town. I contacted Voltmill. I was told to sent pictures of the generator. Now two days later nothing, no feedback. Load shedding is on its way and no solution at all. Nobody in Cape Town can help you because they are not working on this type of Generators at all. Today when I contacted Bundu Power and asked if they have someone in Cape Town to help me I was informed that they do not work in Cape Town and there are nobody to help me with my problem.
